1. Pre-shipment Inspection:

- Identifying cargo for shipment
- Sampling goods in storage facilities
- Dispatching samples to our GAFTA/FOSFA/ILAC accredited laboratory for pre-assessment
- Visual estimation of cargo condition and verification of “loading readiness”

2. Terminal Facilities and Holds Inspection:

- Assessing cleanliness of conveyor belts, containers, vessel holds, railway wagons, and trucks before loading operations
- Screening for cleanliness, moisture, foreign matters, odour, residues, or pest infestation
- Checking vessel holds for compliance with GMP + Feed Safety Assurance Scheme / GTP transport norms.

3. Loading and Discharging supervision :

- Inspecting during loading or discharge as per the agreed scope
- Sampling in line with GAFTA / FOSFA contractual guidelines
- Constituting contractual samples, sealing, and labeling
- Verifying weighing scales and determining weight
- Providing photographic reporting
- Issuing relevant Tankoil reports/certificates
- On/Off hire survey

4. Quality Check :

- Collaborating with GAFTA or FOSFA our accredited laboratories networks
- Testing all parameters according to the latest international standards/methods
- Performing analyses at every stage of feedstuff processing.
